Necochea Surfers

Yesterday I visited the town of Necochea and went to see a camping where I was thinking of moving for the weekend and met Oscar, a biker from Rosario who was travelling with his girlfriend around Argentina after discovering he had a cancer and being told he only had few months left (three years ago...).
We shared the bbq and talked a lot about Argentina, politics, our trips and more while we waited for our meat to cook and he showed off a bit of argentinian bbq master skills by arranging the charcoal to the side and slowly moving it under the grill....

Today I had a good walk on the beach where a ship called VaporMontePasubio had beached in 1922 and where its remainings can still be seen a few meters from the coast. I stopped at a bar where a surfing and skating competition was taking place and had lunch while sunbathing and listening to Led Zeppelin.
